    Working with Moe was a great experience! He’s knowledgeable, passionate and genuine. He only wants to see improvement and success for the client. I felt like he genuinely cared and listened to me when I asked questions or spoke not to mention the techniques and workouts done were impressive to say the least. Within a couple of weeks 2-3 a week there was drastic change in explosiveness, athleticism and mobility. It felt good to be able to move better and feel confident in knowing I wouldn’t have pain doing certain movements. I’d recommend his training to anyone looking for a stern, but caring trainer.

    Being an instructor at AAPT has helped solidify my belief that the BEST teachers are also continuously the most curious students... retaining humility and always staying thirsty for knowledge... being consciously aware they do NOT know it ALL... I still learn new things everyday in this field...that's what keeps me passionate... and I saw that same fire and that same thirst in Maurice while he was a student here at aapt and also as he has transitioned into a full-time trainer... most people if they're lucky enough to even ask the right questions sadly don't have the capacity to listen to the right answer... and that's one thing I noticed right away with Maurice... he would actually listen to his clients...which is number one in this industry... and isn't as common as you would think... I felt confident in every situation I put him in no matter how difficult... awkward... experienced/ inexperienced a client was... he prevailed every time... he's a talented... multifaceted gentleman who can lead but is also a key team player... Maurice is an asset wherever he goes and we NEED more like him.

    When I enlisted in Moe's services, I hadn't worked out in YEARS! However, I was recently engaged and knew I had to get into better shape to feel most confident in a wedding dress. At the beginning of my sessions, I complained the entire time. Moe was incredibly patient with me and took the time to design a program specifically for me. Moe is also receptive to my thoughts and feelings. He even has me rate the difficulty of each session, as well as my enjoyment level. He is a huge support for someone, like myself, who doesn't necessarily love working out. Having a personal trainer who is patient, non judgmental and receptive to feedback makes the whole experience a lot easier. I couldn't ask anyone better to be in my corner.
